Life can be complex. It can be messy. Some things get in the way of you doing what you want to do. There are countless books and blog posts that purport to help you navigate that complexity, each claiming to have the solutions to your problems. Wrapped up, of course, in easy-to-follow steps.
If you're looking for that sort of thing, this book isn't for you. Random Thoughts isn't a blueprint or a map that will show you how to transform your life into something greater than it is. After you read this book you won't be transformed into your best you (whatever that means).
Instead, this is a collection of advice and ideas taken from my public notebook. It's a collection that prompts you to take time to reflect on your life and on the world around you. It's advice and ideas which will remind you that maybe all your life needs is a few small changes rather than a radical overhaul.
